Center for Foreign Languages

The Center for Foreign Languages is a structural unit of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, established in 2010. The Center’s mission is to provide instruction in modern foreign languages for students, academic staff, and university employees; to promote the development of language, professional, and communicative competences; and to foster academic mobility and international cooperation.

Areas of activity:

• Conducting courses in modern foreign languages
• Specialized language courses for professional and academic purposes
• Preparation for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, DELF, HSK, etc.)
• Preparation for Ukrainian national exams (ZNO, NMT, and EVI)
• Language proficiency certification (from A1 to C2 levels)
• Participation in international educational projects
