Invitation for study

Below is a step-by-step instruction to guide you through the process. Please read it carefully and follow each step.

Step 1: Register your applicant account

  1. Go to: https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/home
  2. Click Register and enter your email address.
  3. Confirm your email via the link sent to your inbox.
  4. Create a password for your account.
  5. Log in using your email and password.

Step 2: Submit your application for study

  1. In the My Applications section, click + New Application.
  2. Fill in your personal details: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, gender, phone number.
  3. Select the educational institution (our university), the level of study or Language training, and the language of instruction.
  4. Upload scanned copies or clear photos of the following documents:
    • your passport;
    • your previous education certificate;
    • any additional documents (if applicable).
  5. Click Next.
  6. Pay the application fee online – 3100 UAH (approximately 74 USD).

Step 3: Wait for your application review
Once your application is submitted, please wait while it is reviewed.
If approved, you will receive an official study offer.

Step 4: Accept or reject the offer

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open your application and view the attached study offer document.
  3. Click Accept to confirm your intention to study, or Reject (you will be asked to provide a reason).

Step 5: Submit additional data for the invitation
After accepting the offer:

  1. Upload your photo (minimum 600×800 px, maximum 1 MB).
  2. Indicate your country of permanent residence.
  3. If it differs from your nationality, upload a document confirming your legal residence.
  4. Click Save.
  5. The status of your application will change to Wait for invitation.

Step 6: Download your invitation
Once your invitation is issued, you will be able to download it from your account (marked INVITATION).

‼IMPORTANT: After receiving the invitation, you must contact the nearest Ukrainian consulate to apply for a student visa.

Note: In your applicant account, you may also enter your travel details for arrival in Ukraine. This information will be shared with the university.
